Subsequent to warning(s) for similar violations:
- First violation: $25.00
- Second Violation: $50.00
- Third and additional violations: $100.00 each
NOTE: Assessments not paid within thirty (30) calendar days will result in the filing of a lien against the unit.
PROCEDURES FOR APPEAL OF ASSESSMENTS
- Written notice of appeal of assessments must be filed in writing (letter, email, etc.) with the Property Manager within ten (10) calendar days of the notification of violation.
- Appeals received after ten (10) calendar days of the notification of violation will not be considered.
- The party filing the appearl will be notified of his/her appointment to meet with the Board of Directors in person or via teleconference. The meeting will be held within fourteen (14) calendar days of the receipt of the appeal.
- The decision of the Board of Directors is final.
