Subsequent to warning(s) for similar violations:

1. First violation: $25.00
2. Second Violation: $50.00
3. Third and additional violations: $100.00 each

NOTE: Assessments not paid within thirty (30) calendar days will result in the filing of a lien against the unit.

PROCEDURES FOR APPEAL OF ASSESSMENTS

1. Written notice of appeal of assessments must be filed in writing (letter, email, etc.) with the Property Manager within ten (10) calendar days of the notification of violation.
2. Appeals received after ten (10) calendar days of the notification of violation will not be considered.
3. The party filing the appearl will be notified of his/her appointment to meet with the Board of Directors in person or via teleconference. The meeting will be held within fourteen (14) calendar days of the receipt of the appeal.
4. The decision of the Board of Directors is final.
